With schemes undertaken on both a sole and joint venture basis. We are also experienced in the redevelopment of agricultural buildings under the full planning system, with both planned and current projects in progress.
Schemes vary from sites with flatted developments, to single use barn conversions and sites with multiple agricultural buildings converted to residential.
We also involved in rural schemes which are primarily off grid and make use of the latest renewable technologies, including photovoltaic panels (PV), battery storage, ground and air source heat pumps, heat recovery systems.
