The majority of our residential work consists of traditional new build speculative properties within Beds, Bucks and Herts.
Whilst many of these properties will utilise traditional forms of construction, we also have considerable experience in a variety of other types of construction. Including; timber frame and cassette flooring, structural steelwork, pre-cast and reinforced concrete frames, engineered timber and SIP structures.
This enables us to select the appropriate type of construction required in order to meet the timetable, budgetary and other project constraints.
We have considerable experience in groundworks, typically this is an area where risk and cost overruns can be difficult to contain. Diversions and installations of adopted foul drainage and other services also form part of our regular workload, along with deep foundations, cut and fill, piled basements, other piled structures, tanked, pumped and cavity drainage solutions.
